The design’s footprint and roof shape was well thought out, with living and sleeping wings separated at different angles to capture views while addressing the solar access. Roof designs deflect sea breezes from outdoor living areas and allow winter sun to penetrate. Singular room width to each wing allows good cross ventilations with clever window placement. An innovative palette of building materials for thermal mass and human level. A sustainable masterpiece.
