To create the feeling of big space out of a small lot, is a very rare and valuable skill; when demonstrated well, the effort can definitely payoff. At every corner of this residence, the feeling of space was generous. Although a small house, you forget you're on a small lot. Clever use of frameless glass, courtyards and integration with the landscaping, all created a well designed home. The designer has really pushed the envelope on open space, working closely with the council to achieve a vision.
