What most impressed the judges was that the design accurately suited the owners' personality, being unpretentious yet warm and generous. Expertly placed on the site, with extended front setback creating the Porte Cosure, with a stunningly welcoming entrance from footpath to front door. An unassuming single level at the front, craftily evolves into a 3 level oasis at the rear maximizing uninterrupted beautiful river views. The skill in design was executed consistently throughout the entire residence, with no detail left unresolved.
