BCX’S Cisco Networking Services division (BCX CNS), has been a Cisco Gold Partner
since 1998 having consistently met all the requirements for achieving the stringent Gold
Certification, including personnel, support, specialisation and customer satisfaction.
Cisco’s Channel Partner Program was updated some time ago to support the current
industry challenges facing the ICT industry. This program includes several advanced
specialisations, which allow partners to develop and demonstrate expertise in
technologies and services through structured training roadmaps and a knowledge
validation process.

Cisco Professional Services and BCX Product and Technology (PTS) group
BCX CNS often involves Cisco’s Professional Services to assist especially in cases where
new technologies need to be deployed. This means that the skills pool is drastically
enhanced and clients can count on the best skills available in the industry.
The communication with Cisco’s Professional Services is facilitated through the BCX PTS
group. The PTS group is a second and third line support group consisting of highly skilled
technical specialists each certified in one or more specialised product sets or
