The Owen High School
marching band made history
this year when they became
the first band from Owen to
go to Band of America Grand
National Championships in
Indianapolis, Indiana! “It was
an experience that will stick
with me for the rest of my life.
It showed that hard work pays
off,”senior Mallory Fox said.
The BCS Summer meals sites
are finalized! Children ages
2-18 are welcome to stop at
locations across our county
for a healthy breakfast or
lunch this summer at no cost.
The program begins June
13 and runs until August 19.
