BBYO is offering more scholarship funds than ever before. This commitment to affordability ensures more Jewish teens will be able to enjoy a transformational Summer Experience. WHAT TO EXPECT TEENS WHO REGISTER BY MONDAY, DECEMBER 2, 2013 ARE ELIGIBLE FOR A $125 DISCOUNT* Additional scholarship funding is available from BBYO Passport. Scholarship for domestic Summer Experiences will be administered through regional offices based on need and merit. The BBYO Michigan program does not qualify for discounts or scholarship. Leadership 12/2/2013 D  omestic and Passport first early registration discount of $125 ends. For domestic programs, this discount is available only to the first 20 registrants for ILTC and Kallah and the first 10 registrants for each CLTC and IMPACT session. This discount does not apply to the BBYO Michigan program. At BBYO’s Summer Experiences, teens learn what it means to be a leader through carefully refined curriculums and from dynamic educators. They gain skills that apply to their experience in BBYO and, more importantly, high school, college and young adulthood. 2/5/2014  Domestic scholarship applications due. 2/24/2014  Passport scholarship applications due, including Spitzer ILSI scholarship application. 2/26/2014  Domestic and Passport scholarship awards announced. 2/28/2014  Second domestic early registration discount of $50 closes. 3/5/2014 Last day to cancel domestic and Passport programs with a full refund. 4/30/2014  day to cancel domestic programs with a $250 cancellation fee or Passport Last programs with a $750 cancellation fee. 4/30/2014 Payment due in full for all BBYO Summer Experiences. Payment Schedule Cancellation Policy Domestic and Passport programs Domestic and Passport programs $250 deposit due with registration to secure spot (refundable through 3/5/2014, non-refundable and non-transferable after 3/5/2014) 3/5/2014 Last day to cancel any BBYO Summer Experience with a full refund. 3/5/2014—Additional $750 due (a refund can be provided if outside scholarship funds exceed balance due) 4/30/14—Balance due 4/30/2014 Last day to cancel a domestic program with a $250 cancellation fee; or a Passport program with a $750 cancellation fee. After 4/30/2014 Full cost of any BBYO Summer Experience is non-refundable if a cancellation is made. Service BBYO’s Summer Experiences introduce teens to service and community responsibility on a personal level. Teens learn about issues, how to build networks and projects to address them and the role they play in tikkun olam, repairing the world. Many of BBYO’s Summer Experiences provide teens with community service hours. Identity Building Teens return home from a BBYO Summer Experience with a greater sense of self, independence and confidence in their limitless potential. They have strengthened their connection to their Jewish heritage and take pride in being a part of something greater than themselves.
