Southern California animal lovers Shanna Olsen, Brittan Taylor and Donna Spangler enjoyed doggie yoga while being filmed for Norwegian TV.
Celebrity dog enthusiast, Shana Olson lead the class. She was with her dog “Jack” who was the furry star in the UPTV primer of Beverly Hills Christmas with Dean cain. Brittany Taylor and Donna Spangler along with Shana Olson were in the movie also.
The DOG and the Master ...
work together to facilitate various poses while the animal which strengthens the bond between the pet and the owner. Donna Says. "It was fun and the dogs seemed to really enjoy it".
Donna continues: "The other good thing is that it is a nice reason for friends to get together with their pets. We all got a workout and had fun at the same time".
Yoga for dogs is very simple...All you need is a place to put your mat along with your loving dog. The only caveat is that you must be able to lift your loving canine unless you can train your larger dog to follow alongside.
How it Starts...
It starts out with a paw massage and then transitions into other movements.
It relaxes the animal and sometimes the pet can even fall asleep. It is said to be a lovely workout for both owner and master.
