Luba was born in a small town called Rostov-on-Don, Russia. Rostov-na-danu, means city on a river. Named after her fathers mother, who passed away before she was born. Her full name, is that of, Lyubov, which means love. How fitting for this kind hearted, spirited woman.
When Luba was six years old she was moved to the United States. It was at the very young age of 9 that she would put on performances to music and shows for her loving parents in the living room.
Luba didn’t get into much drama and gossip and loved to stay active. She always considered herself a tom boy, but one however, that loves to dress up and look pretty. For luba her looks come natural, and enjoys working out. Luba. “I love the image of kicking but...in heels”. Her motto in high school was “looks are deceiving” and she loved to live up to that, especially since to most she was considered as a short squirt. For that purpose she would challenge others in sports!

For Luba Bocian she is always working in multiple markets, from LA to New York, and everything in between. Luba. “I’m surrounded by a great support team full of family, friends, agents, managers and fellow actors. I think that with todays technology and different forms of media it makes it possible”.
“I love LA for it’s buzzing atmosphere. Things are always happening here at all hours of the day and night. I spend most of my time in the mid west and it’s a bit more laid back, but it’s nice when things get hectic”.
In addition to acting, Bocian is also a model.
