To me southern California has the very best climate in the world. Boating and Sailing on the Pacific Ocean is great exhilarating and inspirational. To me the wind, the fresh air and that smell of the ocean is heavenly. I feel re-born every time I am on the water in California. And like in other parts of the world where resort communities thrive on being able to make things work during a four season span. California is to me is really non-seasonal. The water, the sailing, the boating, the sport of it all is available 24-7 252 days a year, well provided the weather is good which it almost always is.
