She is a Perfectionist
She is also a member of the Local 488 Union as both a makeup artist and hairstylist and participates in events as a member of the Oregon Media Production Association, a nonprofit trade association promoting entertainment production and incentives for the industry which her husband sits on the board of directors for as an executive officer. M'chel is a dedicated artist that treats all her clients with respect and professionalism and works hard to do the very best she can in everything she does. She strives to improve her craft daily in order to guide her at the top of the beautification world, continuously working on mastering her skills in the industry by attending developmental events and learning the latest styles and techniques.
