Bay Life LIVING RATING

The Kilted Lover, published by FriesenPress, introduces readers to Dylan. Focused, confident, and career driven, Dylan is a force to be reckoned with. As an editor of fashion magazine, Dylan has done a stellar job creating the lifestyle she wants – one full of friends, a stylish loft apartment, an envious career, and plenty of meaningless sex. That is, until she meets Miles Cooper. Suddenly, her erratic, carefree ways are thrown for a loop. As Dylan struggles to come to terms with the budding relationship, she comes face-to-face with her ex, and the relationship that left her wounded, broken and untouchable.

The Kilted Lover is available for order through all major online book retailers, including... FriesenPress' bookstore, Chapters/Indigo, and Amazon.

About The Character

Words by Moko Heathers

The character Dylan moderately mirrors me. Many of the characters and experiences in “The Kilted Lover” are anchored in reality, exaggerated for entertainment. I want to captivate my audience, excite them and inspire them. To me a good novel is a distraction from the everyday; when I read a novel it provides an escape!

About The Author

Moko Heathers

Unlike the character Dylan who resides in a stylish loft in Manhattan I live in a cozy abode in, Ontario. I’m not an editor of a high fashion magazine, but I have a close friend who is (Steven). I share Dylan’s drive to achieve I’m a creative spirit forever in search of new and exciting challenges.

I am certain my readers will enjoy The Kilted Lover, especially the complex character of Dylan Kennedy…
