I just received my new order from Venom Lures and we decided to head for a half day session to a small river way in the Letsitele area. We were on the water at about 7 and I decided to rig a Venom True Image jig with a Venom Dream Craw trailer.
From the get-go I was on the fish! Landed many nice fish in the 1kg+ mark and at about 11:30 while pitching the same deep gunky hole about ten times I felt a hard “Thud”, FISH ON! I was rewarded with a 2.85kg slab! This Jig/ Trailer combo was on fire during our trip I just love it to bits!
My wife also got a few on a Dream Craw texas rigged fishing the weed lines. Overall it was a super fun day filled with tight lines!
