IMA 101 Fundamental Mathematics
(3 credits)
A survey of elementary principles of mathematical
problem solving; conceptual ideas using algebra; sets,
permutations and combinations; relations and functions;
graphs and trees. This course is designed to bring a workable
undergraduate students.
IMA 104 Quantitative Techniques for Decision Making (3 credits)
A study of the fundamentals of mathematical methods
and theories used for making business decisions. Those include
matrix, probability theory; decision theory; inventory models;
cost and profit analysis; linear programming; game theory and
financial mathematics.
PERSONNEL MANAGEMENT
IPM 213 Human Resources Management
(3 credits)
A study of the principles, policies, and practices
used to develop human resources in organizations. Topics
selection, training, human resource planning, compensation
management, performance appraisal, employee health safety
as well as labor relations pertaining to disciplines of equal
employment opportunity.

Prerequisite: IMG 112 or Dean’s Approval
A study of psychological and sociological concepts
which include: perception, communication, motivation, group
influence; interpersonal and intergroup relations; organizational
relations, conflicts and changes.

IPE 101 Rhythmic Activities
(1 credit)
A study and practice of exercising skills by moving
correctly and gracefully to the rhythm of music.
IPE 102 Ballroom Dance
(1 credit)
A study and practice of the basic skills and styles of
ballroom dance.
IPE 103 Volleyball
(1 credit)
A study and practice of the basic skills such as serving
setting, passing and spiking, including basic instructions on
rules and team play.
IPE 104 Basketball
(1 credit)
A study and practice of the basic skills such as
shooting, passing, ball-handling, man-to-man defensive play,
basic rules, strategies, and teamplay.
