Fashion and Craft A VICTORIAN SILHOUETTE A Victorian Silhouette offers a behind-the-scenes look at the work of Sovereign Hill’s costume department, as well as original 19th Century costumes and accessories from the Gold Museum collection. Bonnet-makers demonstration: Watch bonnet-makers in action as they re-create elegant headwear from the Victorian era. A VICTORIAN SILHOUETTE REVEALED PANEL DISCUSSION Join a panel discussion with Sovereign Hill’s Costume Department to find out how they create the ‘Victorian Silhouette’. You will also have a chance to try a crinoline (a structured petticoat) and experience what it was like to be a Victorian woman in the 19th century.
