Modeling visionary leadership, Dr. Anita has designed and delivered
management training programs for diverse audiences around the globe
to include entrepreneurs, government officials; faith and community
based organizational staff and leadership to name a few, but she didn’t
stop there! Dr. Anita has also authored several books: “Follow Her
Lead: Leadership Lessons for Women as They Journey from the
Backroom to the Boardroom,” which helps women tap into their
unique qualities to be successful in the boardroom and all areas of
their lives. Dr. Anita also penned, “A Woman’s Guide to Soulful Living: Seven Keys to Life and Work Success,” which is a resource for
women who seek to experience more joy and fulfillment in their lives.
She also found time to write a novel, “Tropical Escapes.”
With all of these accomplishments, and the educational credentials to
back it up, what drives her every day is her desire to be a vehicle for
transformative change, in particular, with women of color in impoverished areas across the globe. Every time she sees the innovation of
people who have next to nothing, it is enlightening. It would give her
nothing but joy to be a part of their success, whereby they are victorious, independent and making a profit on their own terms. Earning a
fair wage brings dignity and respect and most of all, it creates a sound
quality of life.
