ECO improves sustainability practices at work,
at home and in the community. In addition to
hosting regular clean-up activities, this group
sponsored an Earth Day event that offered
insight into going green and growing local.
PATRIOT supports members of the U.S. military,
veterans and their families. Members partnered with
USO, the Milwaukee Brewers Wives and Baird Gives Back
to organize a baby shower for serving military and their
spouses who are expecting.
PRISM represents multicultural
diversity across the firm. Members
participated in the Dragon Boat
Festival, which united a variety
of cultures and traditions, and
proceeds benefited the Ronald
McDonald House.
PULSE engages next-gen
millennials. This group hosts an
annual holiday toy drive and
volunteers their time to help wrap
the donated gifts for children in
local charities.
SPECTRUM provides Baird’s LGBT+ associates and their advocates with a
network of peers and mentors. The group raised nearly $9,000 in support of AIDS
Walk Wisconsin, which provides HIV support, prevention and treatment.
