Two house queen sized beds and the remaining two rooms house 2 full sized beds. Each room has their own built in closet, however two bedrooms share a bathroom. Each room is also accompanied with a ceiling fan, central air, Samsung flat screen televisions and DVD players. The master bedroom’s bathrooms has its own private deck and outdoor shower. The bathrooms are all adorned with Duravit bathroom sinks and Dornbracht faucets. The kitchen of Villa Sul Mare is a double island, Arclinea Italian kitchen and all countertops are of various natural stones from Mario Terrana, partner of Everest Marble LLC. The kitchen also features a German oven and range and accompanies a start of the art Miele dishwasher. What may be the most unique feature of the kitchen is its reverse osmosis water filtration system. There is also a built in music and speaker system throughout the house. One of the key features of Villa Sul Mare is its outdoor space that seamlessly marries the interior portion of the home. Chuck did an amazing job at bringing the outdoors in and making this six bedroom immaculate home feel very, “intimate, cozy, tropical and relaxing,” as described. The alfresco dining area has its own bar, sink and refrigerator, beautified by limestone terraces, courtyards and ipe wood decks. The outdoor space is adjacent to a harbour side, heated 30x20 foot pool with a maximum depth of 6 feet and ipe wood deck and adjoining spa.
