Which activities will help you instead of feeling like you are adding to your list of things to do? About the Author My current morning list includes: Forward Movement, of any kind. Depending on my schedule I go on a short walk or longer activity if time permits (Note the flexibility here. It serves my mission) Water (always) and Green Juice Exploration. I love learning. Looking up recipes has been fun, delicious and satisfying. Reducing my morning tech time. I have let the phone and the outside world creep in too early. I’m distancing myself from the outside world until I have given my own life some TLC. More time for quiet reflection, stretching, journaling and list making. I’m a true believer that there is freedom in structure. Committing to rituals and routines that support your dreams will change your energy level and life view. Take an honest look at yourself, ask for help, find an accountability partner if needed. Fill yourself up so the graciousness and generosity within you can spill over to other areas of your life.
