I have worked in the field of leadership development for over a decade and have found that no matter the
skill we're working on…it could be communication, coaching, influencing change, or holding someone ac-
countable to a commitment…our past experiences always have some sort of effect in the way we show up.
I create a safe space for people to unpack and reflect on some of the most impactful events in their lives
and explore the stories they've created from these events so that they can take ownership of their past
stories and show up more authentically in their future stories.
It's story work for internal health….head, heart, and soul.
I am an amazing listener and extremely empathetic. I use these strengths to help create a safe space for
people to feel heard, seen, and valued…all of which are essential ingredients for nurturing a community
of courageously vulnerable people who are making the tough decisions and having the hard conversations
that lead to their most authentic lives.
