someone takes to cultivate their
own image, skills, professionalism,
client experience, systems, etc.,
indicates the level of care they may
(or may not) take with their clients.
It is likely people are not finding
you on your website first, but that
is definitely where they are headed
to continue their journey with you.
Your website and brand become
a tremendous part of your
audience’s first impression of you.
As such, being intentional about it
allows you the opportunity to build
a positive reputation right from the
start.
With that being said, the aesthetics
do make a difference. It doesn’t
have to be a work of art -- even
though a stunning site can earn
you more brownie points. But at
