delicious , add the eggs and mix to combine . The mixture will be sticky and loose , but don ’ t worry ; it will all come together in the oven .
When I bake it , I don ’ t use a loaf pan . I lay out some parchment paper on a sheet pan and mound up my oval-shaped loaves free form . I usually make 2 mini loaves from one recipe and bake the side-by-side on the same pan . Place the sheet pan in the
oven on the center rack and bake for 35 minutes . While it ’ s baking , it is time to make the glaze . Here ’ s what you need :
1 / 2 Cup ketchup 1 / 4 Cup brown sugar 1 / 4 Cup soy sauce
Now , I ’ m not very scientific when I make my glaze ; I usually eyeball it . Feel free to adjust the ingredients to taste . Sometimes when I ’ m not feeling too strict
vegetarian , I ’ ll substitute the soy sauce for Worcestershire sauce . It makes it extra tangy and delicious .
After the loaves have baked for 35 minutes , take them out of the oven and cover with glaze . Put them back in the 350 degree oven and continue baking until the glaze is nice and bubbly , about 10-15 minutes .
