We know what we should be doing, but the shiny lights of social media are calling us, then we just have to watch a quick video (that quickly turns to 5 quick videos) and we know we should be getting on with the task in hand, which I will, I’ll just grab a quick coffee first, then I’ll totally be on it! And so it goes on… I can be the queen of procrastinating if I allow myself.
