BATON ROUGE – The Country
Club of Louisiana is known as one
of the most beautiful and most
challenging golf courses in the state.
That reputation earned the Jack
Nicklaus-designed course recognition
by Golf Digest, which ranked
the course as the No. 1 facility in
Louisiana.
B. J. Rogillio and Holden Webb
conquered that course during the
Mizuno USSSA Louisiana Cup,
mastering it in a fashion that would
make the “Golden Bear” proud.
Rogillio dominated in the Boys
15-18 event, playing a stellar second
round at his home course to win
the senior division championship.
Rogillio, of Baton Rouge, shot a 69 in
