Ishee claims assistant
professional championship
The 2018 National Car Rental GSPGA
Assistant PGA Professional Championship
was held at Reunion Golf and Country Club,
September 10 – 11. The fi eld was comprised of
twenty-three PGA Assistant Professionals and
Associates with the top two fi nishers qualifying
for the 2018 National Car Rental Assistant PGA
Professional Championship to be held at PGA
Golf Club’s Wanamaker Course in Port St.
Lucie, Florida on November 15 – 18.
Nic Ishee, of Metairie, LA birdied his fi nal
hole to claim the title by a single shot. Ishee
fi red rounds of 68-70=138 (-6). Kyle Dobbs, of
Jackson, MS, was the second qualifi er with scores
of 71-68=139 (-5).

Alternates include: Greg Sonnier, 73-70=143
(-1), Robert Flanagan, 73-71=144 (E), and Cody
Maxwell, 70-75=145 (+1).
