Doug Rhodes and team overcomes
5-3 deficit for SMGA Pelican Cup
Pelican Point just rounded up the 2017
SMGA Pelican Cup event. The two captains
NJ Salamoni and Doug Rhodes selected teams
on Wednesday accompanied by their spouses
for the pairings party.
Organizers said the pairings party found a
great meal prepared by Chef Ray and served
by a fantastic staff. The teams battled it out and
after the first 18 holes, the NJ Salamoni team
was up 5-3.
Doug Rhodes’ team won 6 out of the 8
matches which had their team in the winner
circle 9 to 7.
Organizers congratulated participants for a
great finish to a great season.
