Queen, Fontenot impress at Fall Classic
ALEXANDRIA, La.--An unseasonably warm
weekend greeted golfers at Links on the Bayou here for the
Mizuno USSSA Fall Classic. Despite the hot conditions,
the golf course was in perfect condition, setting up strong

tournament. The first came on the opening hole of the
tournament; the second, on the 15th hole in the second
round. He took fourth-place honors by shooting 164.
John Landon Nobles was the most-improved golfer in the
second round, shaving 15 strokes off his first round score.
He shot a 77 in the second round to finish in fifth place
at 171.

joining the Mizuno USSSA Junior Golf Tour, coasting
to a -3 (141) finish to win the Boys 12-14 division.

the tournament. Bryce Sutterfield, of Opelousas, La.,
