Players seemed to enjoy this new style of play and
were much more interactive with each other and the
other players in their group. There was some sort of
camaraderie between the players in the groups that
sparked the crowd to a new level. The team aspect
forced the crowd to root for players who are not
traditionally watched closely.
Ryan Palmer played and thrived in an environment
he normally is not accustomed to because of his
playing partner, Jordan Spieth and the crowd that he
brings to the game. Many players would not be able
to handle that pressure from the new aspect of team
play, but he was able to contain his nerves and produce
good results.
