BankPlus Jr. Pro-Am leaves juniors all smiles
The BankPlus Junior Pro-Am at the 2017
Sanderson Farms Championship PGA Tour
Event in Jackson included 40 of the top
junior golfers based off of their finish in the
2017 MJGA Player of the Year Points.
Finishing first were Jake Crosson, Jacob
Germany, Walker Wise, and Harper Anne
Hinckley who played with PGA Tour
professional Wyndham Clark.
BankPlus was the Title Sponsor for this
event, and because of their sponsorship, all
junior players’ entry fees were complimentary.
The format was 10 teams of five players with
one player on each team being a PGA Tour
Pro.
It is always a goal for juniors to work toward
each season, and all of them had a blast being
able to play with a PGA Tour Professional
for a day, according to the Mississippi Golf
Association staff.
