DAY
Chamber Day
March 26, 2015
The Bryan/College Station Chamber of Commerce and its members
will be celebrating their sixth annual Chamber Day on Thursday, March
26, 2015. This day has been designated for the “Celebration of Business
in the Brazos Valley” and is a wonderful opportunity for the Chamber and its
volunteers to conduct a study that “takes the pulse” of our local businesses
and to educate the public on the role of the Chamber in our community.
Most of all, it is a day to say thank you for doing business in the Brazos
Valley.
You can be a part of this event by volunteering for a half or full day
session. The day will consist of a kick-off breakfast, morning visits, lunch, afternoon visits and then a
special Business After Hours at Allen Honda to celebrate the day’s success. To learn more about how
you can be involved in Chamber Day contact [email protected] or call (979) 260-5200.
Chamber Day 2015, sponsored by Brazos County, will start off at the Brazos Valley Council of
Governments building with breakfast and a briefing for all of the morning volunteers. Volunteers will
be assigned to a group with a specific area of the community. The assignment will be to venture
out and visit as many business as possible
within their zone. All volunteers are invited
to attend Chamber Day lunch hosted at
Outback Steakhouse with lunch provided by
one of our member restaurants. During lunch
there will be another briefing for the afternoon
volunteers. The Afternoon shift will kick-off
after lunch and will be followed up with a
special Business After Hours at Allen Honda
from 5:30 p.m. - 7 p.m. For more information
or to volunteer for a morning and/or afternoon
