Before half term, we raised £92.60 during Charity week, to be split amongst the four House charities, Zoe’s
Place, Air Ambulance, Myton Hospice and Teenage Cancer trust. Thank you to all students and staff who
bought chocolate to support these very worthy
causes.

On Thursday 24th May, students from Years 7, 8
and 9 represented their House in a rounders
tournament. The competition was fierce, but in a
very friendly spirit of course! Well done to Garrick
House who won the tournament overall, ahead of
Fortune, Phoenix and Apollo. Thanks to Mr
Hartfield for organising the event.

Outstanding Achievement
Congratulations to Bobby Brannen (7EOR) who
won 4 medals at the WMO European
Championships over half term and has now
become the European Champion -40 kg. We wish
Bobby all the best in his forthcoming competitions!
Apollo
After 8 weeks of hard work in and out of lessons
by many students, well done to Apollo House for
winning the House point cup last half term, ahead
of Phoenix, Garrick and Fortune.
