The support I received throughout my studies, opened my eyes to a world I had yet to venture into, but it wasn’t long before my passion was sparked and those new technologies became the route to more creative and inclusive learning environments. It was through the acceptance of alternative methods of instruction and assessment that I was given the confidence and skills to design a language program that is innovative and representative of the age we live in. I am quite sure no other form of instruction would have provided me with the ability to apply my knowledge in quite the same way. To illustrate how my learning has developed from then till now, I have created a short clip of the language program I developed, which serves to demonstrate the passion and depth learning can take when a splash of colour finds its way into a world that continually favours shades of grey.
