Clarence Valley Council - Shannon Creek Dam Inlet Flow Control Valve: Replacing an incorrectly sized / selected Butterfly Valve with a Singer Flow / Pressure Control Valve (Including Anti Cavitation Trim) has resolved constant problems with leakage and eventual failure of the main inlet control valve for the Council. It has provided them better control due to eliminating the Cavitation noise and vibration, and has prolonged the operating life of the main valve, along with other associated components in the pipeline. PWCS – Stockpile Spray Valves: When Port Waratah Coal Terminal was looking to improve their environmentally sensitive operations on their dust control systems, TOTAL Flow Control and Singer were contracted to supply 485 individual Solenoid Controlled valves to continually operate in a dirty, dusty environment.
Mandalong Mine – Underground Pressure Control / Isolation Skid: TFC were contracted to design and build a skid mounted Pressure Reducing and emergency shut down valve skid, to protect personnel and equipment from burst water pipes underground High Pressure / Temperature Isolation Ball Valves: TOTAL Flow Control have supplied a number of “clean fuel” industries with specialized Metal Seated Ball Valves, operating at pressures of 24 to 26 Mpa, and temperatures from 400 to 700 Degrees C
