GRUNDFOS PUMPS
ABOUT GRUNDFOS
The Grundfos Group is represented by 80 companies in
over 55 countries, and has an annual production of more
than 16 million pump units, making Grundfos one of the
world’s leading pump manufacturers.
of applications across a range of industries including;
manufacturing, domestic and commercial buildings,
mining, water utilities, agriculture and irrigation.
OPTIMISED PUMPING SOLUTIONS
Grundfos Pumps Pty Ltd was established in 1980, and
for over 30 years has provided sustainable, innovative
pumping solutions to customers throughout the country,
covering a range of applications.
Pumps account for no less than 10% of the world’s
electricity consumption, so it’s essential they are
optimised to their full potential. The long-standing
experience that Grundfos has with energy optimisation
specifically for pumps is a unique asset.
Grundfos is truly a full-line supplier of pumps and pumping
solutions. Our product portfolio covers a broad range
Grundfos design energy-efficient, intelligent solutions
that can be tailored and optimised for a range of mining,
THE GRUNDFOS SE RANGE
WITH S-TUBE IMPELLER
PRE-ENGINEERED DOSING
PACKAGES FROM GRUNDFOS
The SE range of wastewater pumps from Grundfos
provide the highest total efficiency on the market.
Innovative technologies from Grundfos bring
together intelligence, motors, hydraulics and
functionality to meet the challenges of modern
wastewater, maximising the hydraulic, electrical
and mechanical efficiency of pumps. The
simple and robust design of the S-tube impeller
offers world class hydraulic efficiency without
compromising free passage.
The Dosing Standard Skid (DSS) Range is
a range of pre-engineered dosing packages
featuring the intelligent Smart Digital
Diaphragm Dosing pumps, which are among
the most reliable and efficient on the market.
The range incorporates IE3 motor efficiency
as standard for substantial energy and cost
savings. The ‘energy optimisation’ feature within
the Grundfos control system ensures the lowest
specific energy consumption, ensuring high wire
to water efficiency.

These systems reduce engineering and design
costs for each unit, thereby increasing the
cost efficiency of the range. In so doing the
administrative work to set up bill of materials,
production orders and assign each option a
unique part number ensures all procurement,
production and testing is expedited.
Grundfos can offer an industry leading
timeframe where the DSS units can be built,
tested and dispatched within three working
weeks from acceptance of order.
water supply and wastewater applications, without
compromising on performance.
From new installations to refurbishment and
replacement of vital components, optimising efficiency
can result in increased reliability and performance while
lowering total lifecycle costs.
Choosing Grundfos as your complete end-to-end
supplier ensures you will truly benefit from the
performance and efficiency of an optimised water
solution. You can rest assured that every Grundfos
pump has been designed to optimise performance,
cost and time efficiencies.
GRUNDFOS MINESCOPE PANELS
Grundfos has developed a range of Minescope
Control Panels, designed specifically for
use within the mining sector. The range is
available in two sizes, to cover power ranges
0-30 kW and 37-92 kW – resulting in greater
flexibility onsite and allowing operators to use
the control panels with a wider range of pump
motor sizes.
The Minescope control panels are available
as ‘off the shelf items’, this allows Grundfos
to pass the benefits of economies of scales
and scope onto customers in the form of cost
savings. The lead times are also reduced
by stocking Minescope control panels in
numerous regional warehouses to ensure
they arrive to site with minimal delay.
