Intelledox have developed a range of cloud
based solutions that can help your agency
or department move into the cloud. We
understand that this is a new area for many
agencies, and in order to meet this need
HSD have developed a number of Starter
Packs enabling you to conduct pilot projects
in the cloud at low cost enabling you to
demonstrate the benefits of cloud based
applications to your organisation. HSD are
able to implement Microsoft Dynamics CRM
to meet a range of government business
applications including grants management,
stakeholder management, licensing and
registration. This can be complemented by
Intelledox Infinti Smart Forms and Document
Generation capabilities, all hosted securely
by Emantra in a fully certified cloud hosting
environment. HSD in association with
Emantra and Intelledox are offering Cloud
Services for contact management, business
process workflow and for online forms and
document generation. This product offering
combines infrastructure, software and
configuration / implementation / support
services. This package can be purchased
either as a monthly fee or combination of
monthly fee and project fees.

systems in private or shared (multi-tenant)
cloud environments.
The Cloud Services are hosted from the
Canberra Data Centre. All data resides
in Australia under DSD certified security.
Security is up to Protected level for data.
Multi-tenant CRM means that the
individual instance is in a shared Microsoft
Dynamics CRM environment. A private
instance of Microsoft Dynamics CRM is not
shared with other organisations.
Federal government clients may access
these services via the DCaaS panel or
HSD Cloud CRM Solutions utilise
Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Microsoft SQL
Server, Microsoft Windows Server and
Intelledox Infiniti.
