Australians benefit from a world-class aviation
sector where airports play a key role enabling
passenger movement and high-value/timesensitive freight transportation within the country
and throughout the world.

The contributions our airports make to Australia’s
wealth generation include trade connectivity,

numbers of skilled Australians employed.

group, National Airports Safeguarding Advisory
Group (NASAG), published draft guidelines for
