Established in 1998, QTM over the past 15
years has transitioned a move from being
a standard traffic management solutions
company into a full service business covering
all aspects of traffic management solutions.
With offices based in both Perth and
Geraldton, QTM services major clients

Engineer ing, Design, Electrical and Industry
Training enables QTM to manage a project
through from planning to implementation
stage and everything in between.
Traffic and road engineering encompasses
the design of intersections, parking, traffic
assessments and high depth analysis,
using micro-analytical traffic evaluation
tools. As one of just two companies
accredited to measure traffic signals, QTM
has the ability to fulfill the complete role
as project coordinators .
QTM designs use AutoCAD software and
‘Best for Network’ principles to produce
detailed designs and reports to incorporate
the latest industry standards in their plans,
staying at the forefront of cutting edge and
quality traffic management.
Street lighting and traffic signal services
includes installing, maintaining and
repairing both temporary and permanent
fixtures, led by a Director with over 35
years industry experience.

Major WA projects, which have benefited
from QTM’s management and involvement,
include a unique three-year contract with
the Fremantle Port Authority, job sites
throughout the City of Perth, ongoing traffic
solutions management for the City of Stirling
– Perth’s largest shire, the City of Canning,
the City of Nedlands, as well as managing all
traffic signals for the major reconstruction of
the Bunbury Eelup Roundabout.
QTM has also worked with Mainroads WA,
delivered on-site training and assessment
for Rio Tinto and is currently providing

its services as part of the iconic Elizabeth
Quay project.
