NAVIGATING THE SHIFT RETREAT
The retreat will be hosted by Anthony O'Flynn, facilitator, certified life-coach and the
director of Holistic Yoga & Meditation, a spiritual school integrating numerous modalities.
Venue – Innistaigh Mountain Retreat, 244 Mount Mellum Rd,
Mount Mellum, Sunshine Coast hinterland.
When – 17–19 November 2017 (arrival from 5pm Friday departure 2pm Sunday).
Earlybird fee – single $695, twin-share $645, non-residential (includes all meals and retreat program) $495.

Enjoy a magical Medieval Christmas
Join the team from Abbey Museum of Art and Archaeology fo r a delightful evening of
Gregorian Chanting sung by Schola Cantorum in the beautiful candle-lit Abbey Church,
Caboolture. The recital will be followed by a delicious medieval supper and carols in the
