Australian Esoteric Australian Esoteric Issue 4 | Page 3
EDITORIAL
Welcome to the fourth issue of Australian Esoteric. A theme seems to have emerged
this month, almost of its own accord, on the subject of UFOs – not so much the actual craft as
the people who have been instrumental in bringing them into our consciousness.
Australian Esoteric remains all about the emerging New Humanity on this
Ancient and Sacred Land, embracing its often-overlooked legacy along with a vision of
hope for its future.
Last month your editor was privileged to attend the Paradigm Shift Summit on the
Gold Coast. Two compelling speakers were archaeo-historian and educator Steven Strong,
and author, researcher and hypnotherapist Mary Rodwell. Mary, who features in our People
department in this edition, revealed eye-opening information which very much aligns with
our vision for the future.
Steven, on the other hand, has so much to say about Australia’s forgotten origins and
his allocated time at the Summit barely allowed him to get started. We intend, with his
permission, to highlight some of his startling revelations in Issue #5 and beyond. He and his
son Evan, who has a background in Anthropology & Indigenous Cultural Studies, were also
meant to be the star attraction on the ‘It’s All About Australia’ Webinar in late August but
were waylaid by technical difficulties and, in lieu of their live appearance, a video of their
investigations into the Gosford Glyphs was played. We were not to be disappointed though,
with Bob Newton (talking live from Cusco, Peru) discussing the ancient Phoenician Port near
Sarina in Queensland, and Klaus Dona (speaking from southern Philippines) relating news of
scans showing two lost cities underground in Australia – one near Gosford and another in the
desert. You can be sure we will be pursuing these phenomena along the track.
In this month’s People section we look at the ground-breaking work of Mary
Rodwell, her book The New Human, and case studies of ‘Star Children.’ In Sights & Sites we
examine mysterious places around the country - this month it is Wycliffe Well. In the
Healing department, a blend of ancient and modern alternative therapies is highlighted, with
particular focus on healing with the Sun; as from this edition there will no longer be a
separate section for Sungazing, out of respect for comments received from concerned readers.
Each issue will feature an article on Australia’s little-known occult and esoteric past in
History, and this issue we look at Andrew Tomas – who happens to fit in with the UFO
theme. The enigma of the Antarctic continues to unfold as we find that much of the continent
is a ‘No-go zone.’ Each edition will be rounded off with Vision, projecting our minds into
Australia’s Esoteric future, as well as that of humanity in general. Contributions from readers
will be welcome, and should be directed to [email protected]
