Hub Learning Community
Integral Care received a grant to create the
Hub Learning Community (HLC), a free network
connecting IDD professionals across 27 counties
in Central Texas. The HLC provides educational
resources

and

technical

assistance

to

IDD

professionals to support use of best practices
and evidence-based interventions as well as peer
review consultation for difficult cases. One area
of emphasis for the HLC is to support successful
community-based living for individuals with IDD,
