MESSAGE FROM THE CEO Healthcare is changing rapidly. To best serve the nearly 30,000 people we care for every year, Integral Care conducts regular selfassessments, makes improvements and sustains critical partnerships within our community. As we reassess, we look closely at our internal and external efforts that directly impact and support the individuals we serve who are living with intellectual and developmental disabilities, substance use disorder and mental illness. a As managed care expands, we continue to provide excellent year of strengthening our conducted an organizational assessment in collaboration with Fiscal year 2015 was infrastructure and building stronger relationships within our community to improve overall health.
