Often, Quebec homestyle dishes take on an Asian twist. Past menu items
have included a ramen with roast chicken and wings and a particularly de-
lectable chicken tandoori.
The restaurant menu changes and always seems to be playfully lacking in
detail, but expect a bit of a surprise on the first bite.
