It takes years off your appearance and allows for you to wear clothing (and that bikini) with confidence. Having a slim waistline is also important for your health as you age, keeping visceral fat levels in check. Sarah Ingmanson, owner of Star’s Locker fitness studios, has several strategies to help women obtain the body they’ve dreamed of. In order to lean out, morning cardio has been a part of my day-to- day since late April, adding afternoon cardio to accelerate the process since late June.
