I have a few friends that are painting beautiful patterns and inspiring words on rocks and then leaving them around their neighborhoods to bring joy to others. 10. Write a Note to Family or Friends. In this time of social distancing finding ways to stay connected is more important than ever and deeply nurturing. Challenge yourself to reach out to a few people each week, let them know you are thinking about them and nurture your relationships. 11. Journal. There is no end to inspiring reading material. Give yourself permission to explore and nurture your inspiration. Declutter. Choose a drawer, cabinet, or area of the room you can declutter in 5 minutes and feel the spaciousness and freedom that decluttering can provide. Cultivate Your Gratitude and Acknowledgement Practice. Spend five minutes a day writing down what you are grateful for and what you acknowledge yourself for doing.
