green healing energy to flow through my
body, mind, emotions and spirit. Please
guide me in what I need to heal and
nurture myself, and to embody vibrant
health and wellbeing. Show me what it
feels like to be healthy, happy and whole.

poise in times of challenge. She will help you
to find joy and passion in your life and to feel
excitement in what is to come. Haniel helps
you to be the calm within the storm, and the
lighthouse in the darkness.
