This pumping kit comprises all necessary vacuum parts to operate the attoDRY1000 / 2100 , and directly connects to the vacuum port of the cryostat .

Included components and key features : turbomolecular pump incl . dry diaphragm backing pump ( pumping speed for N 2

35-67 l / s , ultimate pressure 10 -7 mbar ), full range pressure gauge , valve , overpressure valve , 1 m long stainless steel hose , needle valve and rubber bladder for dosing the exchange gas and all necessary KF fittings .

Pumping kit for T < 2 K

This pumping kit comprises all necessary parts to operate any attoLIQUID1000 at temperatures below 4.2 K by reducing the vapor pressure above the helium bath .

Included components and key features : rotary vane pump ( Pumping speed 54 m 3 / h , ultimate pressure 0.5 mbar ), valve , overpressure valve , 2x 5 m PVC hose and all necessary KF fittings .
