Piezo-based Nano Drives
attocube’s business unit attoMOTION focuses on the design, engineering
and manufacturing of piezo-driven motors and integrated positioning
solutions for applications with the highest requirements on resolution,
repeatability and stability. Anticipating the needs and requirements of
different markets, attocube has established two product lines:
The Premium Line addresses customers working on cutting-edge
applications conducted under extreme environmental conditions such as
cryogenic temperatures, ultra-high vacuum and high magnetic fields. The
series benefits from a completely non-magnetic design of all components.
Thanks to the modular design (linear drives, rotators and goniometers),
individual stages can be stacked to form multi-stage combinations with up
to six axes.
The Industrial Line focuses on the needs of today’s nanotechnology
industry for robust and cost effective positioning systems and is also
available for (ultra-high) vacuum applications. The standard portfolio of
the ECS positioner series comprises bearing based, compact drives and
is – just as the Premium Line - available for linear, rotary, and goniometric
motion.
The Motion Solutions section includes various nano positioning solutions
and integrated systems, developed by our highly skilled engineers and
tailored precisely to the customer’s needs.
