In our attoCFM III measurements of high quality reflectivity and photo-
luminescence maps at low temperature in the attoDRY2100, we do not
observe any disturbance due to vibrations within our optical resolution,
independent of the applied temperature. Hence we are very happy with
the performance of both instruments.
