1 TBSP PUMPKIN SEEDS

1 TBSP CHIA SEEDS

1/2 CUP RASPBERRIES (May use strawberries or blackberries instead)

1 TBSP ALMOND BUTTER

2 TBSP HEMP SEED

1 TBSP FLAXSEED

1/2 HASS AVOCADO

STEVIA (optional)

In high speed blender mixed all ingredients with 1/2 cup of coconut milk till smooth adding more coconut milk until desire consistency. Place in bowl and refrigerate for few minutes to chill. Garnished with raspberries and enjoy.
