Born and raised in the White Mountains of New Hampshire, the landscape quickly became

an important part of my childhood past time. I was skiing independently by age 2, and had climbed over 25 of the 48 White Mountains in the Appalachian’s Four Thousand Footer Club by age 14. I was a Pop Warner football cheerleader for many years, played soccer for several seasons, and continued to ski every weekend throughout High School and College. While in college, I pitched fast-pitch softball and played volleyball.

In 2012, I retuned to sports and decided to give Spartan Race a try. I ran the Georgia Sprint and became instantly addicted. In 2013, I participated in 8 Sprint and Olympic distance Triathlons, placing 1st in age 4 times, 2nd in age 1 time, and 3rd in age 1 time. I ran my first long distance road race, the Atlanta Half Marathon, and did surprisingly well. In 2014, I decided to take a year off from Triathlons, continue to cycle regularly, but focus more on running and OCR’s. This year, I ran 5 Half Marathons, finishing 1st in my age group once. I also ran my first Marathon, the Chickamauga Battlefield Marathon, and placed 6th in my age group at 4:19. I am Internationally Ranked #113 Top Open Spartan Racer, 31st in Gender, and 7th in my age group. I placed 43rd in my age group in the Spartan Beast World Championship in Vermont and earned my Triple Trifecta in 2014.

In 2015, I look forward to running more marathons (hoping to qualify for Boston) as well as doing my first IronMan 70.3. I will continue Spartan Races and am scheduled to earn 7 Spartan Trifecta's in 2015. A Spartan Trifecta is finishing one of each Spartan distance - Sprint: 3-5+ miles / 20-23 obstacles, Super: 8-10+ miles / 24-29 obstacles, and Beast: 12-14+ miles / 30-25 obstacles - in a calendar year, anywhere in the world. I will race in at least 21 Spartans this season, traveling to venues in Las Vegas, Montana, Colorado, Hawaii and Vermont to name a few.I am also a Brand Ambassador for LegendBorne OCR Athletic Wear. I will continue to run long distance road and trail races, and several International distance Triathlons.
