Oil Filter Housing Removal/Installation Tool
AST5129
AST5129 Oil Filter Housing Removal/Installation Tool is for use
on the Peugeot/Citroën 2.0 and 2.2 HDi Engines.
The oil filter housing is removed using the 27mm bi-hex spanner.
AST5129 is required on the DW10C and DW12C engines where
it is not possible to locate onto the oil filter housing from above due
to the inlet system restricting access.
The spanner has been designed in order to avoid the
inlet system and wiring loom next to the oil filter housing.
The ½” square drive allows a torque wrench to be used
when refitting the PLASTIC oil filter housing. The correct
torque is marked on the housing (25Nm) and should be
followed.

2.0 and 2.2HDi/TDCi, DW10C and DW12C engines fitted in:
Citroen - C4, Picasso, Grand Picasso, C5
Ford - C-Max, Focus, Galaxy, Kuga,
Mondeo, S-Max
Peugeot - 308, 3008, 508, 5008, 407, RCZ
Engine shown- Ford Mondeo 2.0TDCi
Before fitting AST5129 Oil Filter Housing Tool,
lift the oil filler cap upwards and out of its clip
allowing AST5129 to be fitted to the oil filter.
